Rental Terms

What are your payment terms?

Your Visa or MasterCard serves as a deposit for your order with the balance due on or before delivery. We can also accept a cash deposit in addition to the rental fee.

How long can I keep the equipment?

Pricing is for 24 hours. Week-end is considered 24 hours unless the equipment is moved to a second location and reused. Longer rentals at considerable savings are available. Call for a quote.

Tents

How are the tents set up?

All of our tents are frame/freestanding. This means they have no center poles and will stand without ropes. However, all tents set up outside must be anchored with ropes. Tent prices include setup.

Tents are staked with 30" stakes. It is the responsibility of the renter/property owner to have underground utilities, sprinkler systems, etc. marked to avoid damage from staking. Utilities are located for free by calling 1-800-922-1987.

In areas where tents cannot be staked, anchoring can be achieved using white 55 gal. water barrels for an additional fee, weather permitting.

Some municipalities require permits to erect tents over 400 sq. ft. Call for details.

Detachable window or solid walls and lighting are also available for tents.

Delivery

Do you deliver?

All orders are delivered except in special, pre-approved circumstances.

Deliveries are to the street level within 10' of truck access during normal business hours. Similarly, equipment needs to be knocked down and stacked appropriately for pick-up.

After hour deliveries, stairs, long distance carries and set-up/knock-down of equipment is available for an additional charge.

We strive to deliver as close as possible to your requested time, however we can only guarantee a 2 hour window.

Minimum delivery charge is $20.00. Call for exact quote.
