Tents
Q. What size tent do I need?
A. Different styles of tents require different square footage. Below is a guide for how many guests your tent will accommodate:

Beverage Service Tips
- Figure 15 ice cubes per person for a 2-3 hour cocktail party
- Punch: 2 cups per person
- One keg of beer = 160 glasses
- One gallon of wine = 32 4oz glasses
- One bottle of wine = 8 4oz glasses
- One liter of liquor = 20 drinks using a 1.5 oz jigger
- Stock tank will hold 2 kegs or 336 cans (14 cases) of beverage with 60 lbs of ice.
Picnic Beverage Guidelines
For 150 people: 10 gallons iced tea, 8 gallons lemonade, 2 soft drinks per person.

Liquor
Plan on approximately 2 drinks per hour, per person. There are 28 drinks per quart of liquor in order of preference: Vodka — Scotch — Gin — Bourbon

- Allow one buffet line per 50 guests
- Allow one coffee station per 60 guests
Coffee Makers
Operating Tips
- Fill coffee maker to desired level with COLD water.
- Add coffee according to manufacturers recommendations or chart below.
- Plug coffee maker into proper electrical outlet.
- Remove coffee grounds when coffee has finished brewing.
Cleaning Instructions
- Rinse coffee maker before returning.
- NEVER IMMERSE COFFEE MAKER IN WATER.

Recipes
Punch - For ease in serving, nothing measures up to a punch. And if the punch is properly made nothing measure up in flavor or elegance.
Open House Punch
1 sm can (6 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate
6 oz fresh lemon juice
2 sm. cans (total 12 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate
2 1/4 qts (72 oz) pre-chilled 7-Up
2 1/4 cups (20 oz) Blended Whiskey
Mix in punch bowl, adding 7-Up last. Add drops of red food coloring as desired. Add ice cubes or lump of ice. Garnish with fresh fruit.
Wedding Punch
2 fifth bottles of Bourbon
Juice of 12 lemons (12 oz)
1 cup sugar
1 pint very strong tea
2 bottles (56 oz)Club soda
Mix thoroughly. Pour over large piece of ice (or 2 trays of cubes) adding soda last. Decorate with fruit.
Anniversary Punch
1 fifth Bourbon
3 cups (24 oz) Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1 qt 7-Up
1 cup fresh Lemon or Lime juice
1 dash Bitters (optional)
2 qts. Champagne
Pre-chill ingredients. Pour into punch bowl over large piece of ice, adding champagne last. Decorate with slices of lemon and orange.
Planter's Punch
1 gal. Red Wine
4 bottles (qt) Champagne
1 bottle (qt) Vodka
1 oz Lime
Ice cubes to chill
Non-Alcoholic Punch
2 cans frozen Orange Juice2 cans frozen Lemonade
8 cans plain water
2 cups Grenadine
Juice of 3 fresh Lemons
3 qts. (pre-chilled) Ginger Ale
Float orange slices on top. Add cherries.
Hospitality Punch
3 oz fresh Lemon Juice
8 oz. Cranberry Juice Cocktail
8 oz. Blended Whiskey
24 oz. pre-chilled Squirt or Wink
Mix in punch bowl; add cake of iced and decorate with orange and lemon slices.
Champagne (Straight)
Chill with ice cubes in plastic bag.
Champagne Punch
1 ga. Sauterne Wine
4 bottles (qt) Champagne
2 bottles (qt) Ginger Ale
1/2 pint Sherbet
Ice cubes to chill
California Punch
1/2 gal. Orange Juice
1/2 gal. Pineapple Juice
1/2 gal. Lime Juice
2 bottles (qt) Ginger Ale
2 bottles (qt) light or dark Rum
1/2 lb. Sugar
Plenty of fresh sliced fruit floating in bowl. (No pulp!)
Honolulu Cooler
1 gal. Pineapple Juice
6 oz. Lime Juice
2 bottles (qt) 7-Up
1 bottle (qt) Brandy
1 bottle (qt) Soda
Ice cubes to chill
Party Punch
1 fifth Bourbon
8 oz unsweetened Pineapple Juice
8 oz unsweetened Grapefruit Juice
4 oz fresh Lemon Juice
2 bottles (qt) 7-Up
Pre-chill ingredients. Mix in bowl, adding 7-up last. Decorate with fruit.
